So concerned, was Disabled digital artist Fisheye, that the art created by Disabled people remains underfunded and unrecognised that he took the drastic step of taking a Boxing Day Dip in the freezing cold North Sea. He was joined by 8 other ‘dippers’ who all helped to show their support for Arcadea and art created by professional Disabled artists.
Arcadea would like to thank all who took part and gave sponsorship and really appreciates the fact that members want to support us in practical ways. Thanks also to all those who turned out on Saltburn beach to watch the event. The Drop In The Ocean raised £544.50 for Arcadea’s reserve funds.
